Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ModelLens you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Zero One Research s.r.o. (“we”, “us”).

2. Description of service

ModelLens is a machine-learning model analysis platform that uses the weight2text technique and the Perun reasoning engine to convert neural network behaviour into natural-language explanations. The service is provided on a best-effort basis and is currently in beta.

3. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the model files and data you upload. By uploading a model you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that model solely for the purpose of providing the ModelLens service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and analyse any model. This includes compliance with the licences of datasets used to train those models and any applicable data protection obligations.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use ModelLens to:

• Upload models trained on unlawfully obtained personal data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service infrastructure.
• Circumvent usage limits (e.g. creating multiple accounts to bypass free-tier quotas).
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose under applicable EU or Slovak law.

6. Free tier and paid plans

Free accounts are limited to 3 models and 50 chat messages per calendar month. These limits may change with reasonable notice. Paid plans are available — contact us at info@zerooneresearch.ai.

7. Beta disclaimer

ModelLens is provided as a beta service. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of analysis results, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of Perun-generated explanations for high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial) is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero One Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ModelLens, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Slovak Republic.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of ModelLens after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
